Count Your Ingredients for a Flat Stomach
We all know that the foods that you eat aregoing to play a really big role in whether youget a flat stomach or not. I wanted to give my 1simple food tip to getting a flat stomach.Here it is...Count ingredients, not calories.Easy enough, right?The goal is to eat single ingredient foods orfoods with as few ingredients as possible.Foods like eggs, oatmeal, nuts, berries, apples,spinach, chicken, salmon, sweet potatoes, nut butters,etc.If you eat mainly these foods, you will naturally stayfuller and there won't be any need to count calories.
Wanna take it one step further?Keep an ingredient log, not a food log.If you're eating the foods above, your ingredientlog IS your food log, right?
But suppose you ate some Smart Start cereal, somereduced fat wheat thins and a lean cuisine (chickenwith basil cream sauce).Here's your ingredient log now:
